A few useful answers
Before your first response.
Do I need a Spokegrid website to use Forms?
No. Use Forms with a Spokegrid site, an existing website, or a hosted link. Browser integrations need your exact website origin added in the form settings. Private server integrations use a server token.
Can I create a form without writing code?
Yes. Choose a preset, customize the fields, and share the hosted link. If you want the form on your website, copy the generated embed into a page that supports scripts.
How does spam protection work?
Configure a hidden bot trap, content and email-domain filters, link limits, and request limits. Cloudflare Turnstile is available when platform or custom widget keys are configured. Responses flagged by content filters go to spam for review.
Can I keep my existing form design?
Yes. Connect your existing HTML form or use JavaScript to submit your fields. Developers can submit from a backend with a private server token and forward the visitor’s captcha verification when enabled.
Where do responses go?
Responses appear in your Forms inbox. You can search, review spam, archive, delete, and export responses as CSV. Configure email notifications when platform email delivery is available, or connect a public HTTPS webhook.
Is Forms part of my Spokegrid account?
Yes. Forms uses the shared Spokegrid account and has its own workspace at forms.spokegrid.com. The ecosystem page explains how Forms, templates, deployment, and CMS fit together.
