Spokegrid CMS
Your website changes.
Keep its content moving.
Give a compatible website an editing workflow. Manage content in the CMS while keeping its source and deployment connected to the accounts behind the project.
- Designed for
- Compatible Spokegrid templates and configured GitHub content projects.
- Part of the ecosystem
- Use the shared account, keep project records together and connect Forms when you need responses.
A workflow around the content.
Check compatibility first
Review the template’s CMS features and supported content structure. An arbitrary repository does not become an editable website just by saving its URL.
Connect the source
Use the supported account and repository configuration. Keep provider credentials in their authorized settings rather than copying secrets into project notes.
Edit with the site in mind
Use the editor and media workflow available for the connected site. Preview and review content changes before publishing them through its supported workflow.
Keep the services distinct
CMS manages content. Forms collects responses. Projects organizes records and handover context. Choose the service you need without assuming one action configures every other product.
Useful answers before you start.
Can I attach the CMS to any website automatically?
No. A site needs a compatible content structure and connection configuration. Review the template’s features and CMS integration guide before assuming an existing website can be edited through Spokegrid.
Is CMS access the same as a project resource link?
No. Project links organize website records. CMS access and the connected source repository have their own configuration and account permissions.
Does an agent credential install the CMS?
No. Current agent credentials support limited project operations and linked form connection packages. CMS installation and website deployment are not supported through those credentials.
